Sales and Marketing Support
Local Merchants of Colorado is looking for a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and organized professional with outstanding people skills that can work in a fast-paced team environment. This person should have a working knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, contribute to maintaining good relationships with our customers, and ensure smooth sales team operations. The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will report directly to the Operations Manager, and will be expected to interact and maintain good working relationships with all Sales and Brand Managers.
Sales Support Responsibilities (75%)
 Enter in all emailed orders into Apprise accurately and within time constraints
 Email sales reps order confirmations from PA
 Provide data and requested reports to the sales team and sales managers
 Remain up-to-date with all sales incentives and deals
 Maintain the company online portfolio on SevenFifty
 Assist the Accounting team with initial customer connections and uploading invoices into Fintech to ensure rapid payment for services
 Assist the Operations Supervisor with identifying sales process improvements
 Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Supervisor
Marketing Support (25%)
 Create shelf talkers for the sales team and maintain current vintage POS on SevenFifty
 List all upcoming events on SevenFifty and on all social media profiles
 Assist the company in providing an entertaining and competitive social media profiles
 Assist the Operations Supervisor and General Sales Manager with assigned tasks for upcoming events
Requirements
 A bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
 Proven work experience in a customer service environment
 Comfortability with inventory and sales management software
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and specifically Excel
 Proficiency in Adobe software, specifically Photoshop & Design
 Experience with Apprise and Inventiv software a plus
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Maintain a “keep hustling” attitude
